and not to be discouraging, but when learning of religions...and especially texts that define those religions...it is best to learn that language...

when reading a western authors interpretation of something foreign (afrikan,eastern, or otherwise) you can only think from his/her perspective...reading what the very people said themselves will give skewed impressions of "waht is".
i've ran into many walls just "learning how to learn" about heiroglyphs...damn kemetians and their 7 dimensional writing concepts...
