An African Proverb I once saw read:
"Death is like a Robe we all must wear"
These days the thought of dying isn't hard to bear
the subject crosses my mind a thousand times a day,
I wait,
To cash in this body and repay life back to the Earth
I have no fear,
Shed no tear,
and invite death like a long lost friend,
whose been waiting for me paitiently, silently, at the end

These days I'm having trouble 'focus'ing on a future thats not there
Im not scared I've dreamed death...
and when it comes I want ya'll to keep my casket closed.
Top it with a picture of me loving life 'exposed'
Put a hundred dollars in a basket near my head
so I can get an ounce from my man as he passes my casket
My last transaction made when I'm dead.

I'm not scared I've deamed death...
and I saw my hurse leaving the church leading the line
up in front bumpin' Tupac and R.L.'s Til the end of time.
Su Grip and Tif sitting next to my son, fam and girl
My desired last company before leaving this world

I won't need a priest pastor or prayer that day
just pull the hurse to the curb and let my Last Ride CD play.
Bury me with my notebook and pen, then,
instead of incense, burn some urb in my memory.
Reminiesce on our greatest times together and don't cry for me
Because the shit is only going to get better...

The first thing I will do when I enter God's great hall
is challenge him to a game of basketball,
and when I am done I will sit down and write
while watching you guys live this sitcom called life.
My agenda for my first day is to waltz with Aaliyah
and Scratch wax with Jam master Jay,
Spit verse with Biggie and Pac,
while sipping on heavenly lemonade.
No need to eat,
No need to sleep,
No worrying about heat, rent, bills drama or beef,
Jes' keepin' on keepin' on
I'll see ya'll when You get here,
