you've got people pushing & shoving each other, its inevitable that somebody who DOESN'T want to get pushed or shoved will. People pay to come to a show and have right to stand where ever they want (as long as management allows). Why should someone have to avoid being in the middle or whatever because a bunch of people feel like shoving each other around? The point of moshing is to be physical and violent with each other. Personally I feel its not appropriate at all in public settings unless the place is specifically FOR that activity. Are hip hop spots now mosh pits?<P>like I said before..other people pushing their own cultural/group aesthetics into an environment is bound to cause friction.
