its like this its all about the show. hey i swore ya'll were on stage forever with smookin grooves. outkast was on there for what felt like an hour and a half. if you ain't got much material you can't rock a long show. so what i expect from a legend or an artist with mad records from any genre is a long close to 3 hours show. with a break to get some snacks or something. but from peeps with like 1 album. a good hour to hour and a half show is cool. two hours is def. standard for the okps of the industry. i mean the roots should be rocking like a george clinton show all that music they got. but they should be doing there music. cause some people cough "commom" cough like to recite others music and have a little jam session with the band and do a verse from like 6 songs and full songs for 5. you know. i expect the nelly's and 50 cent to give me an hour and a half. i want a good show no matter what just pass the one hour mark. underground shows should be long why not. but if they are catering to mostly people who dont know their music they should rock impressive hits and keep it short. nooooooooooooooooooo quest the roots should not be doing 90 minute shows unless thats all the time they have. peace roah
