The Root: the "backwards" solo, of course! plus the sick layers of vocals that, as has been previously mentioned, just tear up my insides
Feel Like Makin Love: Besides the fact that there's a nice long intro that repeats once before the vocals come in, I *LOVE* the moment when the band comes to a full stop on one of the beats, then keeps flowing flawlessly
