overall it's mostly vocals that are hitting me here, because d' uses them like strings, and it KILLS me. the vocal intro to the line is the first that comes to mind in the root: "left a dirty stain in my heart" first time i heard that line i think i literally screamed. greatdayinnamornin: everybody already said it, but the dirty drums untitled: in the vibed out bridge part (you know, the part that's NOT in the radio edit), there's one single snare hit that's just DRENCHED in reverb. it feels like an indication of a change to come, and sure enough, the song builds and builds again and then BAM, mid climax, it's over, right in the middle of it all i'll be back with more though, i'm sure.
