Is she supposed to stop being who she is? Personally, I wouldn't have _ever_ called folks out like that but that's me...she's not me, I'm not her. Why do folks get so caught up in images, personalities, etc.? Jag can sing her ass off and I like cd. Granted, she's no Jill but she's good, nonetheless. Her cd is far from crap. Jag is an individual so why compare her to anyone else? Esp. Jill?

the "experience" of the cd? what's that? Her music is all that should be judged. Not her personality, how she lives her life, her image, etc.
I showed a co-worker a picture of Jag after she'd come running to me, talking about she's heard "SUCH good things about this girl" and she frowned, saying "what's w/ her hair?" she immediately got stuck on image and didn't even give the girl a chance (my co-worker is an oreo who despises natural hairstyles). I suppose that's why Jill didn't want her face to be shown on her cd, etc. She wanted to be judged on her music.

But then, to each his own. I think her cd is a good first effort.

y'all *really* think" that you're tricking somebody into something don't you? what you don't realize is that most women decide within the first 5 minutes of meeting a dude whether or not they'll sleep with him. all your "game" is merely entertainment. - H
