Here's how it works:

I'll post the name of an artist, reply to it with your talent rating for them...

scale of 0 to 10, 10 being the highest rating(half points are acceptable, ex: 7.5)...

when evaluating talent, you can consider a few factors(songwriting, live performance, singing ability, dancing ability, production skills, musicianship...)

please give a short breakdown of how you came to the rating you did...
