I'm just wondering about the turnaround time.. The screen is just white with a vertical line down the middle about a third of the way across.. Still plays music, but no video whatsoever, playlists etc..Its under warranty..so i'm wondering how long it takes me to get one back in my hand..They said I wouldnt receive the same unit back...Apple sent me the empty box today..
