how cant i fix this without spending an arm and a leg.

the shit is MAD slow, and now IE doesnt want to pull up either. it started with me not being able to type anyting into the address field and now ist getting worse after i ran spyware and restarted.

also how go i clear out the cache files that show up when i try to type in a box. you know the jawns that show you the list of everything you typed before.

im not very techy but i can figure this shit out if you explain it to me.
