i was really impressed with the speed of delivery, quality, and support. the ordering process was a complete pleasure and i will definitely use them again in the future. they are possibly one of the only companies that offers warranties on their parts as well. my 3950x/2080ti is still going strong after several years, not a single issue. i maintain my pc every few weeks by removing all the dust, etc.. amazingly, the price of my rig has gone up a bit due to chip shortages.
