First time apple watch user so any suggestions or tips are appreciated. Thus far I enjoy the Activity rings to force myself to lose some of this 240+ weight that attached itself to my skinny self. Any must have apps or ways you use that the 50 million youtube videos haven't covered? I researched the hell out of this but after a while you figure out everyone is saying the same thing. Oh, how are the non-Apple bands?
