"Wii U Owners: Do Wii games require the Wii remote?"
After seeing the new Mario 3D World and Mario Kart, I'm going to find a Wii U on craigslist (I've seen the deluxe version as low as $200). I also want to try Super Mario Galaxy 2. Will I have to buy the original Wii remote and nun chuck in order to play it? I know that's a part of the game, but wasn't sure if that was something I could do with the Wii U game pad?
