ok i have the opportunity to get a 55" LCD sony

now the pros from my standpoint is I want a larger tv i currently have a 42" sharp... but it's a 720 and not full 1080 and i'm very disappointed in it's performance... i can sell it right now for 500... paid 1100 for it 2 yrs ago... now i'm getting the above tv for 1k since the store is closing... so again great price point for the size.

now the con to that is it is lcd and it's only 120 mhz... now i know with sports might be some blurring but haven't really seen a lot of that with the current tv so not really worried... i wanted led for my next tv but that will be a lot more... and i wasn't really looking to get a tv at all... just happened upon this deal and thought i might pull the trigger...


now the second tv is a 52" LED 3D tv

now the pros to this are led and the good price on a great tv... 3d is not important to me at all
this with the deal i'm getting is about 2600... now I really don't want to spend that much on the tv but again price point is great for the product...
one of the biggest cons to this is the price. i have to dip into some things to make this happen ...
