when people jailbreak/unlock their phone...
they can only go to tmobile because they are the only other major carrier that uses sims

so...earlier this week there is a rumor floating tmobile will get the iphone on july 30th

then today...there is this announcement

maybe apple knew this was coming and are trying to turn it into a profit/positive.

they can control or sell more iphones by getting on board...as opposed to just sit back and watch cats unlock away.
