and the Heat don't have much of a choice but to put Lowry in the starting rotation.

What I'm assuming Spolestra is going to have to do is have Butler be the defacto point shooting guard, initiate double teams off wing/paint penetration, and kick the ball out to the open man, and save the Heat from trying to have Lowry initiate the offense and just end up turning the ball over. Dude just doesn't have the speed to create his own shot, outside of getting switched onto a Boston big as result of Heat screens. As draining as that'll be for Butler, I don't think they have much of an alternative choice.

I'm surprised they didn't make that simple adjustment during last night's game.
