kd is team hopping on squads with elite talent on the top shelf and his recent record is:
- lost in the 1st round in the only sweep last playoffs
- complete team collapse mid season this year
- about to get put out the 2nd round this year
- still hasnt made it out the 2nd round post-gs
giannis bought himself some leeway with a title but he has some massive flameouts in the postseason too (prolly the reason he didnt win 3 straight mvps).
late career steph is dominating series and carrying a team of inconsistent role players to higher ground. more than anyone else in the league mentioned among the 'best players in the league'...steph gives his team the best chance of actually winning when it matters most.
