..Gruden has yet to admit that he's racist.

Furthermore, he hasn't done any of the work to redeem himself when it comes to the abusive language and opinions he chose to share unprovoked (even in private convo).

While you may not be impacted by such abusive behavior, the same can't be said for everyone exposed to such behavior. As a matter of fact, I'd be willing to believe that Gruden himself was likely subjected to such behavior, resulting in such bigoted behavior in his own life.

That's the very definition of psychosis.

That said, NO EXCUSES.

If he wants a path back into any professional realm, it starts with admission and acceptance of the fact that he is, in fact, a racist/misogynist/bigot in denial.

Until then, its fuck him and anyone making excuses for this kind of behavior.
