It’s unfair retribution or an unfair punishment. The penalty doesn’t fit the
crime. For someone’s tenure or career to be extinguished over an opinion or
statement without the option of rehabilitation or reform.

If rehabilitation is provided for alcoholism, drug addiction, etc, then it
should be provided in that situation as well.

I’m not excusing racism, hate or inhumane actions, but justice is about
fairness and equity on both sides of the scale.

But my mind has a different perception when it comes to derogatory comments.
I have never been offended by WORDs and never will. Words and statements can be
edited or corrected without physical harm. Violence cannot. Words are not a physical
action, but an emotional verbal expression.
