People act like NFL coaches aren't influential for not only players, staff, & personnel, but also youth (often teenagers) with aspirations of someday earning a position within those orgs.

We don't allow known pedophiles access to these scenarios for fear of exposure and undue influence and its time we recognized sick and infectious racist behavior in the same manner.

We don't have to recount how Gruden's emails stated that gay players had no place in the league or that players kneeling in support of protest should be fired.

He should never be allowed to be a part of any professional sports in this country.

If the Bucs ever tried to bring him back/celebrate him in ANY WAY, I would immediately renounce any affiliation/fandom I hold with that org.
