There'd been a fair share of speculation that a lot of the past years developments were prelude to selling the company to Disney or NetFlix or whoever. I guess has decided that if he can't run things, no one in his family should either.
Thing is, I'd imagine the company would be worth more if he was no where around, rather than forcing his way back and potentially driving the price tag down.
