but they really aren't good, so the outcome is fair
GM Chris Ballard should be fired for the offensive line he assembled this season:
- letting the starting RG *and* back-up leave in free agency to modest deals (both of which are starting on teams in the playoff race)
- just hoping your back-up C can be the new RG, realizing he can't, then plugging in a 7th round rookie who gets annihilated weekly
- never drafting a quality LT when he had three years to fix it, then having to start a 3rd-round rookie there after you sign a 50-year-old quarterback in a wheelchair
