Darius Miles (former Alabama forward) and his friend were downtown, one of them started flirting with a woman, her boyfriend intervened, so Miles texted Miller to bring him his gun

Miller and Jaden Bradley (another Alabama player) came back and used their cars to block in the woman and her boyfriend

Miles' friend grabbed the gun and fired eight shots into the car the woman and boyfriend were in; boyfriend shot back and hit the shooter (the woman died)

Miles and his friend went back to his apartment, called 911 and said his friend showed up at the apartment with a gunshot and he has no idea how it happened

cops told Miles that they have surveillance video of the shooting and he finally admitted he was there and texted Miller for the gun
