2775445, 2022 NFL Regular Season Week 9: Aaron are you ok, are you ok Aaron? Posted by Dstl1, Thu Nov-03-22 08:58 AM
Aaron says he trusts the GM after no move was made and that the guys they have, just have to step up...ok. An L @ Detroit would be a Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse, throat-punch to their season. Speaking of "must-winnish" games...Tampa and the Rams play one another in the "loser is donezo Bowl". Who wants it more??
Dolphins extend Brad Chubb....5/119, 63 mil gah-RONE-teed. They are in go mode.
On to the games, Gents
TNF
Eagles @ Texans (Eagles are really good, Titans are...you know)
Sunday
Early
Chargers @ Falcons (your NFC South leading Falcons)
Dolphins @ Bears
Panthers @ Bengals
Pack @ Lions
Colts @ Pats
Bills @ Jets
Vikes @ CommandSkins
Raiders @ Jags
Late
Hawks @ Cards
Rams @ Bucs
SNF
Titans @ Chiefs (I would not bat an eyelash if the Titans beat KC at home)
MNF
Ravens @ Saints

2775446, Steelers might not lose this week!!! Posted by legsdiamond, Thu Nov-03-22 09:24 AM
going to pick’em since its our bye week.
Eagles Falcons.. Chargers lay another egg on the easy coast. Early games kinda brutal for wc team. Phins.. watch Claypool ball out now that we traded him. Panthers.. just cause I need the Bengals to lose, Carolina looks better with PJ, imagine that? Lions.. why not? Pack are really bad. Pats.. but rooting for the Colts Bills.. will the Jets ever give White a shot? Commanders.. ikr? RaidJags?.. no idea, its about who loses harder in this one Bucs.. now that the divorce is finalized Brady is ready.. and Matt Stafford is back to serving up these footballs on a platter. Chiefs.. rooting for the Titans. Hope they walk all over KC. Is Willis starting again? Run, Run, Run some moe
Ravens.. but would love to see the Saints in an upset. Lets go Red Rocket!!

2775450, Powerful subject line! Posted by jimaveli, Thu Nov-03-22 10:59 AM

I don't want to believe the Pack won't just run the ball down Detroit's hole of their choice.
Tampa and Rams? Maaaaaaaaaan, neither one of them look like they're anything other than donezo. I've been wrong about both before. And recently. I thought the Bucs were toast when they won the SB. Same thing with Stafford last year. I assumed he'd randomly get hurt, play with the injury, and be mildly terrible enough to lose them a playoff game.
>Dolphins extend Brad Chubb....5/119, 63 mil gah-RONE-teed. >They are in go mode. > >On to the games, Gents > >TNF > >Eagles @ Texans (Eagles are really good, Titans are...you >know) > >Sunday > >Early > >Chargers @ Falcons (your NFC South leading Falcons) > >Dolphins @ Bears > >Panthers @ Bengals > >Pack @ Lions > >Colts @ Pats > >Bills @ Jets > >Vikes @ CommandSkins > >Raiders @ Jags > >Late > >Hawks @ Cards > >Rams @ Bucs > >SNF > >Titans @ Chiefs (I would not bat an eyelash if the Titans beat >KC at home) > >MNF > >Ravens @ Saints
Only 2 late games? Boo. I hate these lopsided slates on Sundays. I wanna see Hawks/Cards fo sho.
I wonder if the Saints defense is about to be sneaky good.

Yikes. There's no way he's back with them, right? Holy moly.
I hate that he's gonna get used by the 'don't pay these dudes' crowd. It is obviously a special situation. And Tyreek Hill is sitting right there as an example of what paying a dude looks like when it goes well.

2775751, Tua is the best QB in the NFL. Posted by allStah, Sun Nov-06-22 03:04 PM
Looking like Dan Marino out there.

2775752, Loving the Tua resurgence. Posted by Sofian_Hadi, Sun Nov-06-22 03:14 PM
For some reason left handed QBs just get a bad rep. A non-white left handed QB at that. He was never given a fair chance. Glad he's telling the world to shut the fuck up.
|
2775756, I think left handed QBs are viewed negatively because most offenses Posted by calij81, Sun Nov-06-22 03:27 PM
Are built on the assumption your QB will be right handed. Usually your best tackle is the left tackle because they protect the right handed QBs blind side. Most play books are designed for right handed QBs.
When you have a left handed QB you need to flip your protection and play designs.
|
2775755, Miami’s defense is trash. Posted by allStah, Sun Nov-06-22 03:26 PM
Your offense damn near got 40 points! And you let the bears put up 30!

2775762, To be fair he lost Jones and Doubs to injuries Posted by allStah, Sun Nov-06-22 04:19 PM
in this game….
Has no one to throw to or hand the ball to
Now he is down to just Lazard and Dillion .
He did look like shit but there is an excuse.
|
2775769, Also lost Christian Watkins to a concussion… Posted by Dstl1, Sun Nov-06-22 04:51 PM
if you are depending on Mercedes Lewis in 2022, it’s not great. All that said, those first two picks were on him. Especially the one he bounced off a defender’s helmet.

2775764, He hit a player in the helmet and still yelled at everyone. Lmao Posted by Sofian_Hadi, Sun Nov-06-22 04:29 PM

2775763, Raiders really failing on all cylinders Posted by Mynoriti, Sun Nov-06-22 04:22 PM
this is the third 17 point lead they blew.
terrible play calling, and coaching on both ends. the D can't get a stop, corners and safeties are all trash without Hobbs, Carr was abysmal in the second half, playing like he's scared to lose instead of wanting to win.
so fuckin depressing
|
2775766, I fucking hate Byron Leftwich. Fire his ass. Posted by Sofian_Hadi, Sun Nov-06-22 04:39 PM
You're on pace to be the worst running team in NFL history and you still run Fournette up the middle on 3rd and goal like a fucking idiot. His playcalling has been shit all year. Its getting old.
|
2775774, Respectfully, if you think this is all leftwich fault… Posted by dillinjah, Sun Nov-06-22 06:46 PM
Or even mostly his fault…you’re as stupid as the white people in Florida calling for leftwich’s head
|
2775777, I'm just gonna assume you're stupid, based on your response. Posted by Sofian_Hadi, Sun Nov-06-22 07:05 PM
If you dont know how play calling and an offensive game plan works. You really said "or even mostly his fault." Lmfao. And you really typed that thinking you were saying something smart. Make it about race just because you're a moron with no logical argument.

2775799, Rookie QB in OT = auto L Posted by allStah, Sun Nov-06-22 11:54 PM
There is too much pressure and the game is just too fast for a rookie QB to be able to really move the offense.
Willis’ eyes were about to pop out of his eye socket…You could tell that the speed of game was just too much for him.

is the other two guys in the pic:
the GOAT, pre-Mahomes (Montana) and Romo.
we clown on the Packers by having an interrupted quarter century of HOF QB-ing
but Dallas wasted the best QB they had in that same span. though I'm glad for partisan reasons it didn't happen... Romo is still the best Cowboy QB since the 90s by far

2775821, Frank Reich gone Posted by jimaveli, Mon Nov-07-22 12:01 PM
Kick in the door, waving the four four. All I heard was Franky can't coach em no more.
With the Colts, there's no telling what the hell is going on over there. Clearly Frank was on the hot seat. I wonder if he was the one who vouched heavily for Carson Wentz? Maybe he put his job on 2022 Matt Ryan. IDK/I don't remember what was out there when those moves got made.
To me, it looks like their offensive line isn't as good anymore and that's ruining approximately everything they're trying to do.
Also, they've damn near had a different starting QB every year for the last few years since Luck hit em with the Autobots: Roll out a few years ago. That can't be good either.
