side of the road, and he waited their until the cops arrived. I guess he was too
impaired at the time to call an Uber. It states that he basically sat on the curb until
the police got there.
Within that time, he cold have called Uber or a buddy to come pick him up…and
he could have called a tow truck to pick up his car.
Based on his mugshot, he was beyond wasted.
