Even if you want to give him benefit of the doubt and say he didn't intend to injure him... then whatever he intended in that hypothetical scenario didn't happen.
What happened was he clubbed a guy in the head in mid-air, caused him to fall, and broke his elbow.
Obvious Game 3 suspension imo. Not even close, really.
(Also, would you say Brooks is... "too good a player to be doing that"? 🤣)
