Lost in the first round his first 7 yrs in the league. Made the conference finals, lost, then missed the playoffs for the next 3 yrs.
And he ain't a 6ft point guard.
Then got career revitalization when he was gifted to Boston with Ray Allen.
Sometimes...it ain't the guy that's the reason. Sometimes it's the circumstance or the guys around them (front office, team mates, coaches, etc).
