Not because of the lack of some of the bigger markets, but just simply that linear TV ratings are down across the board. In reading the article - sounds like that's just on ABC/TNT/ESPN which means it's really only counting where those are carried - so even YoutubeTV, Hulu Live, etc.

But still...that's crazy.
