Admittedly, I'm only an expert on pro wrestling , Terps hoops, and the Washington Football team...and there's not a person in DC who's vouched for Dwayne Haskins as a professional.

It unfortunately sounds like Dwayne was partying with people who party too hard ala Len Bias. There's a difference between being set up and being irresponsible and he was, tragically, the latter. It's foolish to assume there's a conspiracy at play but I think her grief is revealing itself in this way and I pray to never have to endure the trauma she's enduring right now.
