a lot is going to change. whether it will work remains to be seen but no point in being skeptical about it. Murtaugh aint Woodward and him chasing social media metrics and impressions in the transfer market was half of our problem.

i just hope upper management knows next season is a writeoff as well. between the incoming transfers and youth promotions we're looking at like 8-10 new players and all these old holdover bums like Rashford and them also having to put up or shut up

August 2023 is where we should start to see how high ETH can take us.

im on our big ITK discord and what i am hearing is very encouraging.

edit: hopefully the next thing they gut is the fitness/physio department. whatever you call it. our players conditioning is shambolic. they are physically weak. explosion is nonexistent. and they get hurt entirely too much. Ralf been talking about it so that should be one of our big priorities
