one of the biggest issues MU fans have is that the "leadership" (whooo boy do i use that word losely) want a minion they can control on the touchline.

so, when i hear quotes like that i'm like "ah yeah, they found they guy who won't come in tear shit up" which is EXACTLY what is needed.

to be fair, i didn't see a lot of compelling candidates out there for our situation, but we coulda waited until the end of the season to see if the right guy became available - but again the right guy is not the guy the bankers get to control.

we'll see. my optimist and skepticism are about equal.
