there's no huge need to trade for him -- nobody else wants to spend draft capital to acquire him, and the Browns can't keep him on the roster for $18 million next season.
seems like the kind of "fall from grace underdog vengeance story" that Carroll loves. and if it doesn't work out, Seattle is on the rebuild anyway.
