Apparently, Rodgers knew DA leaving was possible, but hoped it could be worked out. Devante has been unhappy since last year. Carr, who is best friends with Devante pitched him hard on coming to the Raiders and dude is from the west coast anyway. Gotta imagine the year to year Rodgers shit played into it, though...but not all on him.
