I don't watch football, but hopefully that dude knows his X's and O's on a high level because he doesn't look like someone that will command a locker room and be a leader of men. I'm going to assume he'll hire much older coordinators to serve as disciplinary figures.

Then again, perhaps race is just a sensitive subject for the man and that makes him uneasy, for whatever reasons.
