We had to do our yearly diversity training and all of a sudden the definition switched up from cultural diversity to male/female diversity. Man, every single black person was giving the training the side-eye because we knew something was up.

Three weeks later they outsourced the department that had the most black folks working in it. Just like that company became super white and the ones that were left knew we better update the resume. Corporate America man.
