maybe they played at some rando liberal arts school (beli tree for example)
or they're coaches sons/other family

we just started getting a consistent amount of journeymen and backup black QBs

to benefit from nepotism were just now getting to the point where your Dungys/Lovies kids would be old enough to get into coaching. 20s/early 30s.

i heard Lovie today talking about black people dont really get the look for those QC jobs that get you started.

I'm sure there are some folks we dont know, but Leftwich felt very much like a beginning to me when he got the QB coach gig at Arizona a couple years ago.
