Colts' successes or failures will be all on Reich and Ballard next season:

- Reich vouched for Wentz and let the players decide their own minicamp schedule (they voted to cut corners in the offseason and Indy started 1-4, imagine that).

- Ballard has spent four years drafting/acquiring a shit pass rush that gives up late leads. imagine you have 4 second-round picks you can only use on defensive linemen, and you end up with this group: Ben Banogu, Kemoko Turay, Tyquan Lewis and Dayo Odeyingbo.

- Ballard is also responsible for having *one* receiver make any impact in the last six years. Wentz is an albatross over the offense, but JFC this group is bottom of the league.
