His drafts have largely been duds, especially after the 1st round. His FA pickups have been ineffective as they are often injured and don’t contribute.
He lucked into Herbert due to the dolphins taking Tua. Trading back into the first round in 2020 to draft LB Kenneth Murray was questionable on draft day and it looks terrible now.
