If you think one of those guys gives the Bulls a real shot against the Warriors, the Suns, the healthy Bucks, the complete Nets? Then yeah, you pull the trigger and deal Williams. I'm just skeptical that either does that... in which case, keeping the Williams lottery ticket-- or saving that ticket for a more enticing trade-- makes sense.
