This is 100% irrelevant.

One of these things is not like the other, lol.

Hakeem has two of the most criminally under-heralded titles in the last 40 years. Ditto Dirk's.

And not just because they never left their teams, but because the talent drop off after them on their teams was pretty significant in comparison to other champions.

Namely, Magic, Bird, and Mike.

The ONLY real difference here is that Brawn and KD were able to control their own destiny, rather than being stuck hoping and praying that management would get them the sort of help the Holy Trinity had.

You don't seem to have an issue when management does this.
