There are specific stipulations for player safety in the NFL depending on whether you're vaccinated or unvaccinated, to minimize the impact of COVID on the NFL season. So it's very clearly the NFL's business if Rodgers is vaxxed or not. By lying, he broke protocols and jeopardized the ability of players on his team to take the field.

For businesses, schools, hospitals, and other arenas in which things are severely disrupted if people can't attend due to COVID infection, vaccines are a clear first line of defense.

He's estranged from his family, estranged from former teammates and coaches. If so many people who've been close to you think you're an asshole, it does almost certainly mean you're an asshole.
