in fact, that's really the only way they can still go to the playoff if they lose to Georgia in a close game.
if they lose to Georgia in a close game and are 4th, it's hard to justify them staying in the top four.
that said. doesn't really matter since these teams will have other losses between now and the final rankings. just funny to see bama propped up without an actual resume, as always.
