PSV has been the better team for most of the tie, but that doesnt get you much.
Lot riding on this. Group stage this year, Madueke's and Gakpo's futures at PSV, and Netherlands (#7) stalking down Portugal (#6) in the FIFA rankings. If/when that flips,the Eredivisie will get 2 autobids to the group stage.
