Which means that you're prizing player loyalty to the team, even as you're ok with teams building teams out as they see fit.

You like your players to win when they're at the mercy of management.

You don't like them to win when they're able to put themselves in the same sort of prime position that teams with competent/fortunate management have.

This shit is transparent. At every turn, everything you say highlights your desire for players to win under circumstances where they have little/limited control over the team around them.
