This is just facts.
The upside to bringing in Kaep is questionable. The downside could be significant.
There is no risk in bringing Bortles in, it won't move a needle.
If Kaep was better, he would be in the NFL. Or if he wasn't a polarizing figure to whitey, he would be in the NFL.
