2736467, Which is better?

The focus should have been on truly developing and building the team. That is where the focus should have been, and not making a rash decision to bring in a center who gives you nothing defensively, as well as that decision handcuffing the team from making FA moves in future.

We did this with the previous management. We constantly rationalized their personnel
moves to somehow make sense of them.

The Vuecvic trade could really set this rebuild back. He is owed 24 million
next season and 22 million after that. So he will be on the books for 46 mil
for the next 2 seasons.

And next season Zach will be in the final season of his contract, and will
probably want 30 million a season. The Bulls can offer him as much as 190 mil
for 5 years...but no way in hell is he worth that, and that would be a lot of money
on the books in combination with Vue’s money.

Anyway, Zach isn’t going to sign an extension. He is going to do a Gordon Hayward,
and walk to an enormous deal elsewhere. This is why the bulls should have traded
him earlier in the year when teams came calling. No team is going to trade for him
now with only one year left on his contract, when they can just wait until the end of
the season to sign him.

We are going to be stuck with Vue, Coby and nobodies, swinging away at drafts for
the next 3 years.

We are screwed.
