There was a reason why she was disciplined, and why people were calling for her termination. If it were simply just a roast or a place of being vulgar, there wouldn’t have been any discipline at all. Lol
If she weren’t disciplined you would have a point. But she was disciplined and it was less severe because she was white. She was forced to issue an apology and she was somewhat demoted. So it was a pretty big focking deal. They could have fired her because her behavior violated their personal and professional conduct policy.
Paul deserved the same standard. And I’m sure if he were white, the retribution would have been less severe.
