Which is interesting...when would a suspect learn the identity of their accuser?

I doubt LEO reveal the identity of victims/plaintiffs if the complaint doesn’t meet criminal criteria...?

Makes me think they know a charge is coming and they know what it’s for

...so let’s focus on the identity of the plaintiff...
