...that he was. Sourcing on the claim is murky, especially since most of it comes from Buzbee.
But Buzbee is also the guy who bought a bunch of billboards pleading the Texans to draft Manziel.
It could be that Buzbee is a big Texans' fan and he views this a "helping" the organization, even though it really doesn't.
