The hat was dumb, he was rightly criticized for it, and should have come out stronger against Trump after all the shit he did. But if we’re being honest there hasn’t been anything since then. People would have some ammo if he visited the White House for Trump (when he didn’t for Obama), but he skipped both of those ceremonies.

Giselle also hates Trump so, to a degree, I think she smartened him up. Again, he could have come out stronger against Trump, but acting like he’s Trump’s #1 fanboy is disingenuous. Kraft and Belichick have been more public about their support of 45 but Brady got way more shit than them.

Also, let’s be real here, every NFL owner and most of the white QBs are probably Trump supporters. If it makes other fans feel better to have one target to attack, have at it, but they’re probably deluding themselves.
